To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets under our care, and to facilitate smooth service delivery, Jeannine's Passion for Paws LLC has established crucial rules and expectations. Pet owners are required to agree to these conditions before services commence.
- Initial consultation: A mandatory free consultation is required for all new clients to discuss pet care needs, routines, and to complete necessary paperwork.
- Vaccination and health: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas, ticks, or any contagious illnesses. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or behavioral issues.
- Emergency contact: Clients must provide an emergency contact person and veterinarian information. In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you and your emergency contact. If neither can be reached, we will seek veterinary care as deemed necessary by us, with all associated costs being the client's responsibility.
- Keys and access: Clients must provide reliable access to their home (e.g., two sets of keys or secure lockbox codes). Lost keys or lockouts due to client-provided access issues will incur additional charges for locksmith services or re-entry time.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of regular pet sitting or dog walking services. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Holiday cancellations require 72 hours notice.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon during the initial consultation. Late payments may incur a fee. We accept [[payment methods]].
